Also Sabonis does a masterclass Vlade impression out there. I would love to have that guy on my team and he is a complete tool.

Both players need to trust their teammates a bit more. Tough to steady that without a regular PG who commands respect. Was another legendary individual performance by Edwards on the road in spite of the misses.
True, but it can be hard to trust them when Jaden is bricking shots and turning it over and Rudy can't catch the ball if it's not thrown perfect to him.

It's too bad there hasn't been more conversation about this game...it had to be the most entertaining game of the season. We didn't start watching the replay until about 11pm our time, and I have to admit I was dozing off a little when we were up 20. But I was wide awake for the last half of the 4th quarter, and what a quarter it was! There were so many things to both love and hate about every player on our team during that last quarter. I don't know that I have ever had the emotional swings I experienced during those 12 minutes.

And then we got to watch Fox go off for 60 and Ant show the brilliance we know he is capable of that eventually won the game for us (and made me forget for awhile the sloppy inbound pass that turned into a fast break bucket for the Kings). But as brilliant as the two animals were (fox and ant ;) ), upon further reflection I see them currently as two of a kind...remarkably talented players who haven't yet demonstrated an ability to be consistent winning 2-way players. Fox has a career net rating of minus 4, only slightly better than Ant's career minus 6), and is barely positive this year despite averaging 27.3 PPG. Fox is 27 so I think he is what he is always going to be...fortunately he is not the most important player on that team (that would be Sabonis). But Ant is younger and at least as talented, so I still think he can develop into a superstar. If he doesn't, we are doomed to be a middle of the pack team like Fox's Kings.

Was out of town for a Kevin Morby concert (great show--highly recommend), and just got back and watched this on League Pass without knowing the outcome.

What a freakin' game! It would have been such a gut punch to lose this one after those embarrassing games against Portland and after choking up that big lead, but this (almost) redeems it.

Time to learn some lessons here and generate some momentum!
