This may get sentimental, but I would love to hear what everyone is missing in the NBA game.
I will start:
1. Having an play by play guy mention a lob to a guy in the dunkers spot.
2. A motion offense of some sort. How many times a game do we have to watch Ant either stand in the corner doing nothing, or dribbling the air out of the ball? How about setting a backscreen to free someone for a lob????

Refs having composure and being able to communicate with players. I feel the whiny player has only been aggravated by the quick techs for stares or excitement in celebrations. The modern refs come across as super soft and its not fun.

How about back when a hard foul was a hard foul and didn't cause a 5 minute video review to upgrade to Flagrant? Just fine the guy after the game. Which leads to the next one.
What happened to the enforcers???? At least the NHL still (somewhat)has that unwritten rule that accepts retaliation for dirty plays that self policed the game.
A little animosity between players/teams instead of the mutual love fest that happens after games now.
