Did Dilly Grow? - Wolves at Thunder GDT

Post by 60WinTim »

Here is a snippet at the end of shootaround in OKC today. I swear, our 6-1 Dilly looks every bit as tall as our 6-5 NAW!!

Anyway, it's tough to expect a win against the Thunder, but a competitive game would be nice. And if it is competitive, that means your giving yourself a chance...

Hmm...that would be the glass half full take. Maybe NAW has shrunk!

This one scares me tonight. A team that turns the ball over too much against a team that takes it away a lot. Protect the ball, make the open threes, and we have a chance. But I think we can all agree a win would be a big upset.

I think NAW is actually holding him in a baby carrying strap to keep him off his bad ankle

Ha! I was going to say something similar. It's kind of an odd photo actually and makes me wonder if Tim was doing some shenanigans with it!

That being said, given Dilly's age (he's still just 19), it shouldn't be surprising if he adds a half inch or an inch in height versus where he measured out at the NBA combine. I actually think his height is fine, it's mostly his weight/strength that is an issue.

The image does look kind of funny, doesn't it? But here is the link to the original picture posted by the Minnesota Timberwolves: https://x.com/Timberwolves/status/1874131341165699174

His head just looks bigger than the people around him…they wouldn’t photoshop a team photo to deter comments about how small he is….would they?

Point Randle sucks against smart teams that will challenge him.

Uggh, Ant hasn't learned a damn thing. Someone needs to take him to trash with this hero ball shit.

Yeah, he’s forgetting the “point” part…

OKC are missing 3s they usually make.

Ant gets schooled on why you pass the ball and then move.
