The dunk at 11:09 was another literal Wow moment. Keep the kid in the damn game!

Not sure with everyone healthy if Finch can find him 15+ MPG, but at least he has progressed up to being more of a true 9th man rather than the 8.25th man or whatever. He gives the team options.

He’s been the only one outside the Naz/Naw/DDV lineup that gives this team a PULsE let alone options. Give him some from Connelly, AnT and Julius until they are healthy or have their heads pulled out

Could Minott be a cheaper Jaden replacement?
Re: It’s no longer hyperbole. Minott deserves +15mpg going forward
May be....probably not....open question...(how's that for an answer!)
He is not even in the same universe as Jaden when it comes to man on man defense. I know he has improved in this area, but there is absolutely no way he can eat innings like Jaden can guarding the elite wings of the NBA night after night.
Having said that, is he overall a more versatile player than Jaden that can provide other things that Jaden can't? That would have to be weighed against what we lose in Jaden's work rate defensively. I'm not there yet, but it's gone from a ridiculous question to ask to a fair one.

Watching Minott and DDV play together is a treat. Win or lose, those are the types of guys I want to see play in a Wolves uniform. No one on the roster, other than maybe NAW, matches their energy and intensity of those two. They were the main reason we came back in the third quarter.
I agree with Q that Minott isn’t ready to step in and replace Jaden defensively. But I also think Minott gives us other things that Jaden doesn’t. I’m inclined to trade Jaden if the return is enough but not because I see Minott as his heir apparent. So I guess that puts my in kek’s “trade Jaden later but not this season” camp. In the meantime, if Jaden can turn things around and consistently provide us what he gave us offensively tonight, along with his defense, then I like the idea of Minott and Jaden together with Josh at the 4 and Jaden at the 3 in a post-Julius Randle world.

I really enjoy watching Minott playing out there. He does some things other players aren't doing like taking what the defense is giving and going right to the hoop for a lob dunk. I do want to see him grabbing more rebounds out there.
