A lot of negativity on this board surrounding players, coaches and front office personnel. Which is not surprising since the Wolves are not winning at a pace we expect. And this "work-in-progress" team chemistry is dragging out way too long. And here the Wolves sit at #10 in the standings, barely hanging on to the last play-in spot.
But our schedule is easing up. And there are signs of chemistry taking hold. Winning 3 out of 4 quarters against both the Thunder and Celtics is something. ANT throwing up his arms in frustration about double teams is the first step in figuring out how to handle them. I think we are on the verge of a lot of good things coming together, and winning cures a lot of ills.
So, I foresee the Wolves putting together some extended winning streaks over the next month. And we'll see what the playoff landscape looks like then. Not to mention the intrigue heading into the February 6th trade deadline.

Randle flopping now.

Has there been a bigger decline in sports history than Mike Conley?
Gone from being invaluable last season to unplayable this season.

Ant singlehandedly keeping Wolves in game with 26 points. Nobody else has more than 5 points.

Just such an unwatchable team at the moment.
Gobert and Randle have been useless. Conley unplayable.
We desperately need a competent point guard to pull the strings and take the pressure off Ant.

I've become convinced that Connelly had it exactly right with the Dillingham pick. The problem is he's a year or two late with it, as it's clear he needs more seasoning and physical maturing.
But it's become increasingly apparent to me that we need more than a good game manager PG like Conley was last season or Tyus Jones (not that Tyus wouldn't be an upgrade though!). We need another ball handler that can break down a defense and score at a high level or pass. Doesn't have to be elite, but needs to be in that Darius Garland/Fred Van Fleet range.

Wtf is Mike doing tonight. Playing more like a rookie than a seasoned vet.
