"Stay On Target" - Magic at Wolves GDT

Post by 60WinTim »

Finch says this to the team, just like that monotone voice in Luke's headset as me makes his run to blow up the Death Star...

The Wolves kick off a 5-game home stand where they will be favored in all 5 games. Quite the opportunity to extend their win streak! The Warriors start a 3-games-in-4-days stretch tomorrow against the Knicks, Nuggets and Bucks. The playoff standings early next week could be quite interesting.

Pope and Anthony are listed as questionable. But none of that should matter if the Wolves come out with the same focus and intensity they had against Denver.

Flagrant Foul 1!

Unintentional mischaracterization of Star Wars. Two shots and the ball.

If Finch is telling them to "stay on target," let's hope it turns out better for the Wolves than it did for this guy:

LOL Dang! You are right! I knew I should have gone back and checked that scene out... Oh well, at least I didn't get a Flagrant Foul 2 and have to sit the game out tonight! :D

Speaking of Star Wars...

It's freakin' amazing what SpaceX has built over the years. To watch that launch this afternoon, and the return of the booster rocket with a perfect landing. Dang! Simply amazing.

We really missed Randle’s bully ball inside while he was injured.

How does the ref miss that it was off his shoe? He was standing right there. Had to waste a challenge there.

NAZ has been getting “out of his lane” a lot lately. And his defense continues to be so-so.

A corner 3. Now THAT is “in-his-lane”!

They really went to Julius a lot early, but it looks like Orlando is guarding Ant pretty soft. They need to keep going to him and it should result in easy kickouts or paint points.
