Our end of game play leaves much to be desired. The reffing in this game was horrid. So happy we could pull this out

I still maintain TC has a plan for keeping him since he didn't trade him at the deadline.

I have never seen a Minnesota team get a call like that. Big win.

Playoff refs are here. The "block" by Westbrook on Rudy in the 2nd was a bullshit non call. The left arm extension push off on Rudy by Joker was almost as bad.
The Wolves did foul a ton. At least the Wolves limited the turnovers to some degree.
The fact that Randle can play bully ball and not get offensive calls against him is a big difference between him and KAT.
Finch may be the worst coach of all time drawing up ATO and end of game actions. Either that or the players just do their own thing. Add another coach to the staff just for special plays. Please!

One of the best NBA games I have ever watched...I still would have said that even if the refs hadn't called the foul on Westbrook and we had lost by 1, but it's much better that they did! The end of game play calling and execution is a problem and a frustration, but I'm not going to dwell on it this morning...to giddy to spend any more time on an issue they still need to address.
So, Jokic scored 61, Denver shot 19 more free throws than us, Jaden missed 12 out of 17 shots, Ant missed 10 out of 15 treys and turned the ball over 5 times, and Minott had our best plus minus. If you new all these things, you might conclude Denver won by 20. But nope...we beat a team we might see again in the post season for the 4th time this season. Surprising, but terrific win!
I can't say enough about NAW. He had to be exhausted playing as hard as he always does for 45 minutes, but he still hit some of the biggest shots of the game when it counted. Finished with 26/7/8 and tied with the always reliable Josh Minott at +14.
Our big guns Ant and Ju took turns frustrating me all night, but at the end of the day they combined for 60/19/15...tough to argue with that. I still think Ju might be our best option at the end of games, but Finchie is going to have to figure that out.
The only true negative tonight were Jaden and Jaylen. Jaden has struggled in three out of the last 4 games...we're going to need more from him if we want to advance in the playoffs. And finchie needed Clark to step up last night with DiVo out, but he played like an undisciplined rookie. Joker made him look silly drawing most of his 4 fouls in 9 minutes. I am usually calling for more minutes from Clark, but not last night.
Finally in defense of Finchie from Jon K about end of game play calling: "I don't think the play call was for Ant to dribble around for 8 seconds and then pass to Ju for a contested 3".
