I watched most of the 2nd half of that game. That was pretty fun. Towns wowzers he hit a couple huge shots. Of course he did have a "drive" to the basket much earlier that looked like a drunken giraffe but he and Brunson were the heros of the game. Of course it was also a game they could have easily lost. I thought there was a foul in the corner but I never know what they call on those chaotic scrims at the end of the game. They said there should have been a foul. Sucks for Detroit and their fans. Also that was a physical game. Didn't hate seeing it.

Also Brunson was magnificent for stretches. It's kinda amazing the Pistons were in the game.

I haven't been following the Bucks this year but it sucks to see Dame get hurt. Now I'm looking at his stats for the playoffs...wow it's bad.

Geez, Cleveland just buried Miami and then blew up the grave just to make sure they were indeed dead.

Part of me feels like all these other series may just be academic and a Cleveland-OKC Finals is inevitable. Just two teams on another level.

Sure seems that way. It’s looking like I was wrong about OKC. I thought they overachieved during the regular season and that their weaknesses would be exposed in the playoffs. So far there’s not sign that I was right. But we’ll see. Meanwhile maybe the Celtics can derail the Cavs in the East. In any event, I’d be happy to see an OKC-Cavs matchup in the Finals. The NBA would probably hate it, but that’s part of why I’ve love it. :)

I'd bet a lot of money the finals matchup is not Cleveland vs OKC. One might get there, but they both might miss.

To be fair you might not be wrong. The series could of easily been 2-2 if Ja does not get hurt
