1. How healthy is Butler?
2. Can the Wolves guard Curry (hugging and holding) like Houston has at times?

I think both teams are flawed offensively... but pose problems defensively. Houston is just so damn athletic, and Golden State is smart and committed.

In the end, I like Curry as a player and will never root for Dillon Brooks to win anything. So bring on the Warriors...

[Note: The NBA will be a better place when D. Green and D. Brooks are gone. Both play such a gimmicky antagonistic game that it's just not fun to watch for those who actually enjoy basketball.]

Many good thoughts here. I kicked off this thread before game 4 of the Warriors/Rockets series to get a feel for whom we should be cheering for. I think the discussion is no longer very relevant, because barring a significant injury, it looks like the Wolves and Warriors will be squaring off.

I was cheering for the Rockets though. It's odd to prefer playing a 2 seed where we don't have home court advantage to a 7 seed where we have home court, but we all know GS would not have been a 7 seed if they had Butler all season. The Warriors will hopefully be favored, because that's when we are at our best!

Agreed, I think the Warriors will be favored, although perhaps not fawned over quite as much as the Lakers. I expect a bit more pundits picking the Wolves compared to what we saw with the Laker series, but still the majority will favor Golden State.

With that being said.....we have to win our series first! I'm still nervous.
