I think most of us here want Golden State to win (be careful what you ask for?), and I agree that NAW could be effective off the bench chasing Curry. Jaden starts out on him though, right?Q-is-here wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 8:09 pm We need NAW to show up big time regardless of who we play. He's probably our best chaser when it comes to guarding Curry and he's probably got the quickest feet when it comes to staying in front of J. Green, so either way, he may be prioritized a bit over DDV off the bench. Gotta start hitting open 3s, something he's failed to do consistently for two straight playoff runs.

Yes. What's interesting to me is who will guard Bulter? I could see Randle being a good matchup there since Butler is no longer much of an outside threat and likes to go at smaller wings in the paint.FNG wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 8:20 pmI think most of us here want Golden State to win (be careful what you ask for?), and I agree that NAW could be effective off the bench chasing Curry. Yawn, such a predictable game...Warriors up 10 and Steph is scoreless. And Draymond and Hield are the leading scorers, and Curry is the leading rebounder.

Man Houston can't do anything

I'm thinking Butler too, but Ant would like the assignment also.Q-is-here wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 8:27 pmYes. What's interesting to me is who will guard Bulter? I think there will be parts of the game where they are matched up, but there is too much risk of foul trouble for him to check him full time.FNG wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 8:30 pmI'm thinking Butler too, but Ant would like the assignment also.

I meant Randle on Butler of course...a little "car lagged" after the 2-day drive back from Tucson.
Re: Houston @ Golden State Game Thread
Freakin' Draymond, what a goon. He's too damn reckless out there. He has at least one of these "stray voltage" violent acts every single game.

Houston's lack of 3 point shooting is a problem for them
Re: Houston @ Golden State Game Thread
He's such a paradox. He does so many things that make me think "Yeah, that's the way basketball should be played". But he also has to have at least one major WTF moment every game!
