Houston @ Golden State Game Thread
Re: Houston @ Golden State Game Thread
We're seeing a bit of vulnerability of this double-big lineup that Houston likes to play. It's worked well as long as they kept a lid on Curry, as everyone else has been pretty mediocre from outside. Well, now Hield has caught fire and is punishing Houston when the defense is put in rotation. They just don't have the footspeed to cover all the ground needed to stop two elite shooters.

Houston had 39 points at halftime. That's the story.

It's unfortunate because he is truly one of the best defenders and big man facilitators in the game, but his reckless style and how much he gets away with berating the officials totally outweighs the good.

Neither team has been all that impressive offensively in the overall series.

As Charles said, Houston can't shoot. Unless they can make this a track meet they are going to lose.

If GS advances, they're gonna throw a lot of zone at us. I hope Finchy has been working on that the last few days.

Houston may be starting to wear down Golden State here?

Incredible they're down 3 with a 42-24 rebounding advantage
Re: Houston @ Golden State Game Thread
One of the rare teams that leans into rebounding as a strength these days.
