Yup, looking that way. Houston just can't generate offense. Draymond/Looney have totally neutralized Sengun and Jalen Green is just not good enough to be a playoff-level scoring guard. There is only so much VanVleet can do.
Kinda why I wanted Houston. I never saw a world where the Wolves would lose because Jalen Green came alive or FVV went nuts and if he did, the Wolves can pivot. Golden State is older but they still got #30.
Question for you and others: Do we blitz/trap/double Curry and get the ball out of his hands knowing that he no longer has Klay or Durant around to punish us or do we use the Jokic/Doncic/Durant strategy from the last couple of years and accept some big games from him, but try to snuff everyone else out?
Great question, but I lean toward the latter relying on Jaden's length. What have we done earlier this year?

I'm not sure there's a smarter team out there than them with Steph, Draymond and Jimmy. We'll need to be at our best.
Well, that's why I thought we'd lose to the Lakers. Just thought we couldn't beat the combined skill/brains of LeBron and Doncic.

I think we put Jaden on him and see if he can hold him down while hopefully staying out of foul trouble

Yep, and if he does, put NAW on him.

What a disappointment Jalen Green has been this series. To think the guy is being paid close to $100 mil over the following 3 season. Albatross of a contract for a streaky, one way player.

Both the 2nd and 3rd seed in the West gone after the first round and the 6th seed Wolves have home court advantage against the 7th seed Warriors in the conference semi finals.

Yeah, big time bust in the playoffs. You better believe that he will be part of any trade package in Houston's effort to bring in a real #1 type guy. But a team like Phoenix is going to want Amen Thompson, not Jalen Green. It will be interesting to see what they do this offseason because having a bunch of hard-nosed role players and bigs just isn't enough in the playoffs.
