One of the things that always bugged the shit out of me was how KAT piled up TOULS (Turnovers + Fouls) with the Wolves. Randle certainly struggles with TOs, but he's almost never in foul trouble and also seems to get a more generous whistle than KAT.

KAT was a top 10 TWolf, but I have to agree with you guys ...watching him in this series, I don't miss him either.Q-is-here wrote: ↑Sun May 25, 2025 8:07 pmOne of the things that always bugged the shit out of me was how KAT piled up TOULS (Turnovers + Fouls) with the Wolves. Indy having as much fun as we had last night. Stick a fork in the Knicks.

There’s a term for that: stray voltage!Q-is-here wrote: ↑Sun May 25, 2025 8:07 pmOne of the things that always bugged the shit out of me was how KAT piled up TOULS (Turnovers + Fouls) with the Wolves. Re: Playoffs discussion
So KAT and Brunson are the two best offensive Knicks, but the worst on defense. They finish the half on the bench in foul trouble, and the Knicks close 8-2. Defense, boys. Thibs made a starting lineup change inserting the unstoppable Robinson in for Hart...maybe he should have instead replaced KAT in the starting lineup.
(Of course that never would have happened. And further, Hart somehow is a -16 in his 18 minutes).

Man, New York on the ropes here. I mean, there is no way they come back from going down 3-0 if they lose tonight. Big half coming up for them.
Re: Playoffs discussion
KAT getting ripped at halftime.
Re: Playoffs discussion
Credit to Indiana though....Kind of a cool story and one that probably isn't getting enough airtime. A couple months ago they seemed even less likely than the Wolves making the Conference Finals, yet here they are again and just humming. And they literally don't have a clear alpha dog in terms of scoring. Obviously Halliburton controls a lot, but the shot distribution is very egalitarian compared to most other NBA teams.FNG wrote: ↑Sun May 25, 2025 8:19 pm So KAT and Brunson are the two best offensive Knicks, but the worst on defense. Don't worry about it, Tim...you've been beating me in GDT wins all year! Win or lose the rest of this season, you're the board MVP this year.
