Maybe...he's really turned it around.
Ok, now I really miss him and take back anything bad I've said about him!

;)
Hahaha. Q, you and I have never wavered that TC made a horrible trade...get rid of him!

Ha, yeah. I'm rooting for seeing the other three teams make dumb plays and seem out of sorts at times.

So happy Towns has this moment.

Fans here were ready to dump him for a hot dog. Now for a night they gotta leave him alone.

Are Knicks fans ready to move on from Bridges too? Looks like he has had a pretty meh playoffs. They should probbaly trade him before they have to pay him way more!

The funny thing about the Thibs criticism about not playing guys is... He played more guys in this game and didn't go back to Brunson earlier.

Towns has already had a couple signature 4th quarters for the Knicks in the playoffs. Randle has been fantastic for the Wolves and gives them something different than what Towns did that probably wouldn't have been as useful for the Knicks. I think the trade has worked out for both teams. The difference between Randle and Towns in this playoffs for their respective teams isn't very big and the wolves got Donte and a 1st and more financial flexibility.

I have to eat some crow. The officiating in the playoffs has been largely devoid of favoritism toward the big TV markets. Mark Lindsay was awful in game one of this series, but overall I think it's been a well refereed playoffs. I think the best example was during the Knicks game yesterday where both Brunson and KAT had to navigate foul trouble throughout the game. I've been pleasantly surprised so far. With the pressure created by the need for good ratings, I thought it would be much different.

Jaden up to 15.4 ppg and 64% true shooting for the playoffs. All this while having to live off whatever scraps he can take from the offensive pecking order and last resort creation on his own. He's ready to be the #2 option, I just hope he has the confidence in himself and from the organization to take that step. He's improved his production in the playoffs every year, so he can definitely handle the responsibility in the regular season.

I agree he's taken a big step forward this season and he's always risen to the occasion in the playoffs.

As long as he's our starting SF with Naz or Julius as our starting PF and he's our main wing defender, I don't see it happening, even if he has the capability to do so.

If there ever comes a day where Jaden becomes a full time starting PF, which I think is inevitable at some point as he continues to add "old man strength", and guys like Shannon and/or Clark take on the role of main wing defender, then that definitely frees Jaden up to become more of an offensive focal point. I don't know if that means he'd become a clear cut #2 option, but I could certainly see him averaging 16, 7, and 3 in that kind of role with elite weakside defense and switchability.

Personally, I think the ideal situation for this team is that our #2 option is a dynamic PG that can get you 20 or 30 and make plays off the bounce when Ant is struggling or constantly blitzed. Julius sort of played this role for us, but we've seen the limitation of that approach.
