Seems like a good move. I'm pretty excited about what this team will do this year. We'll see what JJ McCarthy looks like this year, but the Vikings have done a lot to surround with with quality on both sides of the ball.

I don't know if he is the best GM or whatever but I think he is a good GM for this franchise. If the guy starts hitting decently on draft picks we are gonna be in good shape. I feel like they have been making a variety of other savvy moves the last couple years including playing rhe comp pick game reasonably well and in some cases waiting to sign FAs till late in the cycle. It helps when you have O'Connell and Flores (especially) deciding on what guys to pick.
