Honestly, assuming the coaches think Dillingham is ready, then we should assume whoever we'd sign for this role will almost certainly ride the bench all year. Dillingham barely played last year and we didn't even have another backup PG!
So I wouldn't be surprised if we actually don't sign somebody, but rather keep a roster spot open to sign someone in case Conley is out a long time with an injury.
But if we DID sign a PG this offseason, assuming it's a vet who can actually play, the priorities should be: 1) somebody who would have a good attitude about riding the bench and not cause chemistry problems, 2) somebody who, like Conley, would be really supportive of Dillingham's development, like a guy who might want to be a future coach in the league. I have no idea who on this list would fit that mold.

None of the above?
Can we sign Dame to a vet min contract and use him next year?

It looks like we did not put a QO on Bones. Maybe that would not count as a vet minimum contract. So, he is free to sign anywhere. I still think there is a good chance he winds up with the Wolves to provide PG depth.
Re: To Two Free Agent PG Targets?
But he's not on Lip's list so what can we possibly do about it!?

Your infatuation with Bones reminds me of the love letters I used to exchange (well, it was really just one-way) with Robbie Hummel and Jeff Adrien back in the bad old days of this franchise. I know I wasn't at my best mentally back then and have since matured a lot since the restraining orders were put in place. Let me know if you need some advice or just a friend to lend an ear to whatever troubles you might be going through.

Rumors are April. So 10 games then playoffs. If you are going to gamble on a guy on a two year contract that’s who it gamble on.

Jmac and Brogdon
If Jmac is willing to ride the pine, he has proven that he is a competent backup and knows the system. Would be a pretty seamless fit if something were to happen to Rob or Mike.
Brogdon is probably the best player on the list. How many games would the Wolves get out of him? Bubble wrap him and save him for the postseason!
