Vikings at Chargers GDT

Post by 60WinTim »

Wentz's last start?!? Still no Van Ginkle. Can't say I have a lot of optimism...

I heard Wentz is 7-0 all time on Thursday nights? Like what? That's an odd stat, but maybe there is something to it.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he plays very well, especially after his stinker last game. This seems like a low expectation bounce back type of game. Wentzs play is a roller coaster after all.

We haven't really seen him at his best for a game, like a 250 yards, 3 TD's no turnover type of line. He's had a drive here or there, but very inconsistent.

I don't know how to call this one. Both teams have underperformed because of OL issues, and it kind of depends on which line is healthier. Chargers by 3 seems about right.

It’s so frustrating watching Wentz. While it’s not what stopped the first drive, that pass to Jones on the first play was f’in horrible!

Looks like once again, the Vikings are the cure for whatever is ailing the other team…

At least the NBA is back in business.

Gotta agree...not a difficult pass to complete. I've heard a lot of talk that the shoulder brace is impacting his throwing motion. Great...two injured QBs.

Brosmer time? I guess he could be worse but maybe not? The Oline is sucking for sure though. It's certainly not all Wentz. I don't want to wish an injury but seeing Brosmer play would be interesting.

Might see him now...Wentz is in a lor of pain. I'm not optimistic though.

I'm not THAT stoked to see Brosmer, my thoughts on him is he's not great at anything, mediocre size/arm/athleticism. But he might be a fine #2 long term because I think he simply plays mostly on time and makes solid reads.

He somwhat reminds me of that 49er QB in peak form, can't think of his name (not Mac), the normal stater.

Purdy. Which I would have no problem with someone that emulates that!
