I think bones is by far the wolves best PG 2 games in and that is a problem

Lakers are always hard to beat at home during the regular season where they are carried by blatantly obvious one sided officiating. The stats back it up too, with their league leading disparity in FTA for and against for the last four straight seasons.

Come playoffs when it is officiated differently it works against them and they full apart as we saw last season.

I’m not panicking. This game is emblematic of who this team is. We were promised continuity meant improvement but it might just mean… continuity.

We are slight favorites tonight, so we could start the season with two West Conference road wins. I'm greedier than Tim, so I want to end the month at 4-1 or better. The Lakers play nothing like the Blazers, so this should be an entirely different game tonight. It should provide a little more clarity as to how Finchy views his rotations. I want to see bounce back games tonight for Donte, Naz and Mike.

Not sure if I'm going to bet this one, but if I do, I'll go with the Wolves -2. We handled the Lakers well last spring, and their additions don't make up for not having James and DFS. I think we should win this one.

I like the Wolves to win by 3, but maybe I'm a homer.
