Dilly doing a nice job as a pure set-up guy. But you can see how tiny and overmatched he is when he goes downhill to get his own. Speed doesn't matter when guys can just size you up and easily swat away your layups. First Knecht and then Hayes.

Hes got to learn to finish against NBA size. All the more reason for PT in my opinion.

Not sure he can ever get to the rim though. He could eventually develop an elite floater game like Conley did earlier in his career and Tyus Jones was able to develop as well.

Beringer should get a few minutes vs Hayes. Would be a great chance to get him on the court.

Exactly. Curry has no trouble finishing inside even though he’s no taller than Dilly and less athletic. There’s a long list of similarly small PGs through NBA history who have finished well at the rim. It’s a learned skill that requires substantial consistent playing time at the NBA level to develop.
