Career high for Jaden? I don't remember him getting 30 before.

He's actually had it three times, once in last year's playoffs against the Lakers

While I'm personally the most disappointed in Shannon so far this season, the guy that we should be truly distraught about is Reid given his contract. It takes me back to the emotion I felt after the OKC series and I wanted to see us jettison Randle AND Reid.

There isn't much Dillingham can do about his defensive deficiencies (guessing that's why he got the mediocre grade), but at least he showed some legit PG chops tonight.

We're only 5 games in. I bet we will have at least one more 2-3 stretch at some point. Lots of ball to be played.

100% long season and 2 of our top 3 perimeter defenders are out.

I dilly had moments tonight. Created open looks just his physical limitation held him back

I wish he would rebound more (he had 2 offensive rebounds on one possession) and playmake more but that is a massive nit pick from him. He has been great in my opinion to start the year.

I would lump Rudy in with Naz for not earning his $ so far this year. Less than 10pts and 10rebs plus being the “best defender” on a bottom rung D is not good enough.

Here's what it comes down to and I'll keep saying it as long as he's here:

I think everyone loved Reid so much they couldn't fathom the idea that he might just be a 6th man and not this potentially cheaper solution to Towns. Unfortunately he has factored in so much to this long term core we're trying to build when in reality, even if he could be a starter elsewhere, he isn't much more than that, when fans wanted so much more from him.
