Are you suggesting we trade for a guy who just got suspended by his team for detrimental conduct and is shooting 15.8% this season from beyond the arc? Not to mention his 8 points on 3 for 14 shooting last night. He'd be a boon to the local strip clubs, but I don't think he'd bring much other value.

Hes making his way out of Memphis. This is the NFLization of basketball. This type of behavior is going to grow unfortunately. Whoever gets him next is going to have a heck of a talent.

I think you're right about Ja wanting out. He's just too volatile for my taste...both on and off the court. And although the jury is still out on Rob, so we really want another 6-2, 174 pound guy? I wouldn't want him on my team, but I'm curious what others think, because I agree Memphis is going to try to move him.

It's a big contract for 3 years, I think if it was 2 years I would be more up to risk it. I wouldn't offer nearly as much as another team probably would though. Something like Naz and Rob.

Opportunity to buy low. He's been a douche for most of his career, but if anyone needs a change of scenery it's him.

I imagine he and Ant would go nuts to play together. I also imagine TC would be in the mix. His older max money makes it much simpler to pull off.

Naz, Donte, Rob, Mike, and maybe Lenny for Ja, Ty Jerome and Jock Landale works in spotrac once Naz and Jerome are trade eligible.

He is going to LA so he can be a bonehead at higher class strip clubs. Lakers will trade a bunch of scrubs and find players off the street to fill in the extra bench depth.

I love Morant’s game, but he can’t be trusted. The change he needs isn’t in the scenery around him. The change he needs is between his ears and I wouldn’t count on any change in that space.
