This is how I'm feeling as well. Overall this team continues to perform at a level substantially below the sum of its parts. Rudy’s comment was telling but there’s more to it than that - like Finch’s rotations and obsession with playing Mike Conley while giving Dilly absolutely no slack.
I’m just about ready for a new head coach.
I am willing to cut Finch some slack as he works to build confidence with 3 new players. It takes time. I am sure Connelly will give him that time. But if this trend of clutch time failures continues through the trade deadline, the pressure on Connelly to do something will mount (whether it be player(2) or coach).
The two common denominators are Ant and Finch and Ant ain't going nowhere
