Trade season
Re: Trade season
Oh man, he would be a terrific addition! Not a great shooter, but he distributes well, protects the ball, rebounds and plays good defense...and he only makes $2.5 million per year. But I can't see Memphis giving up on him. I think they are trying to move on from Ja (they've won 3 of their last 4 with him out, only losing to Denver) and Williams will be (and is right now) their starting PG. But you're right...he would be good on the Wolves.

Can't imagine a lot of folk will agree or want to hear this, but Kyle Anderson would be kind of the perfect affordable option right now

Re: Trade season
If Utah buys him out, absolutely. Golden State overpaid him, which is why he left, but if he gets bought out he would be a good add.AussieWolf3 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 27, 2025 9:59 am Can't imagine a lot of folk will agree or want to hear this, but Kyle Anderson would be kind of the perfect affordable option right now
Re: Trade season
He's 32 and can't shoot beyond the arc, but doesn't he solve our two biggest issues...reliable ball handling and non-Rudy minutes defense? 20 assists and 5 turnovers over his last 5 games. Seems like he fits better off the bench with a win now team than a rebuilding team like the Jazz.rapsuperstar31 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 27, 2025 10:19 amIf Utah buys him out, absolutely. Plus he'd be more than happy to come here! A buyout would be great to see
Re: Trade season
Do we know that is true? Maybe he would prefer Memphis? Or some place with a better opportunity to play. Maybe if we move off of NAZ or Randle...AussieWolf3 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 27, 2025 10:59 am Plus he'd be more than happy to come here! A buyout would be great to see

Surely we don't know for sure, but by all accounts Kyle loved living here and loved playing here60WinTim wrote: ↑Thu Nov 27, 2025 11:08 amDo we know that is true? Maybe he would prefer Memphis? Yes, Kyle would be a great buy-out acquisition.FNG wrote: ↑Thu Nov 27, 2025 10:40 amHe's 32 and can't shoot beyond the arc, but doesn't he solve our two biggest issues...reliable ball handling and non-Rudy minutes defense? 20 assists and 5 turnovers over his last 5 games.
