Brosmer time

Post by Wolvesfan21 »

He has more experience then JJ and I can't imagine he struggles as much. Though playing at Seattle with their elite defense isn't the best place to start. I still think he will see the field a bit better and get the ball out on time more often.

In case you missed it, JJ had a concussion last game that went unreported till after the game.

I remember the play where I wondered if JJ had a concussion. But after a brief pause, he popped up (or was picked up) and kept on going.

I've liked the brief glimpses we have had from Max. But then again, I had liked the early glimpses of JJ as well... JJ's confidence seemed to be in the shitter, and he just did not make quick decisions. If Max can simply make quick decisions, it will be a welcome sight.

0-0 at the end of quarter one. That’s a win, right?!?

Brosmer with some nice early tosses to Jones. A little too pumped up on the overthrow to Addison, but Addison dropped one earlier.

His accuracy is off for sure, so far. We'll see if he can settle down. His reads have been alright and throwing on time for the most part also.

That was a rookie pick 6. Why not just FB dive? Thats what I would have called.

I do think that the run-first/heavy offense that KOC has used all season has been unhelpful. You’re giving no chance for your young quarterbacks to develop any sort of rhythm. And you don’t have the running back horses to win with run heavy offense. So you’re just playing losing football AND not putting a young quarterback in the fast lane for development.

Terrible year for KOC.

He called like 75% pass plays two games ago and no one in the NFL calls more pass plays on 3rd and 4th and short and no one is worse. We call the most and the worst at it (both highest called and least converted by %)!!!

Just run the ball on 4th and 1. If you can't get it you don't deserve to win anyways.

Listen I would lean pass too, but KOC tends to go overboard. Something like 55% pass 45% run. Even 60-40 is fine, but 75% like that one game was crazy.

He is now trying to run maybe too much? Maybe? But you got a backup Oline again. You simply cannot pass a lot, that'll never work either.

So just go out with a whimper and take the loss, without accomplishing zippo to develop your quarterback and waste a whole lot of money invested in wide receivers.
