The Minnesota Timberwolves have reached agreement on a new partnership with franchise icon Kevin Garnett, team sources confirmed to The Athletic. This clears the way for his jersey to be retired and puts an end to a long and messy cold war between the greatest player in team history and the organization he spent 13-plus seasons playing for during a 21-year, Hall of Fame career.

It makes sense, with KG back in the fold we will probably be returning to first round exits.
