Option 1: A young team that hasn't put it together yet, but gives you hope for the future.
Option 2: A veteran team with very well paid players who cannot be bothered to earn their sizable paychecks?
Option 1 will lose a lot, but will typically be fun to watch. Option 2 will win more, but annoy you almost as often and they impress you. How much do I hate this team right now? I cannot even be bothered to pirate a stream. A long conversation with my wife about her skin care routine is less annoying.
Go Wolves, and take the Twins with ya.

I think Finch's days are numbered. It really doesnt matter if he deserves it or not at this point. You cant coach that many no shows and expect to keep your job with a talented team.

Ahhh, well that too bad. Not a good nor a good decision.FNG wrote: ↑Wed Dec 31, 2025 4:33 pmWell, Finchy answered the question. He said "Ant needs to stay on the bench and root for his guys". I agree. Ant's a good guy and has probably already apologized to his coaches and teammates, but it's another example of this team's immaturity.
Consider this a mea culpa from me haha

Can't blame you for not focusing 100% on this game! I had turned away too but thought I saw Ant heading to the locker room. Coach is not happy.AussieWolf3 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 31, 2025 5:11 pmAhhh, well that too bad. Not a good nor a good decision.

I missed the game today but seems like I didn't miss much. It's crazy how much slack Finch gets with his team playing like this so often. I feel like cause off our terrible history we look at Finch way too optimistically. We have way too much talent on this team for this to be happening. Sometimes you need something to change.

I agree, this team has maxed out with Finch's voice.Crazysauce wrote: ↑Wed Dec 31, 2025 5:15 pm I missed the game today but seems like I didn't miss much. long term, the answer at PF is neither Randle nor Reid and this team has to move accordingly.
We're so worried about PG, yet it feels like only C, SG, and wherever the hell Jaden plays is all that's bolted down.

Sounds like Ant wanted to stay out on the floor in front of his family and was upset Finch said no.

I love Rudy's take:
Rudy Gobert on how the team is currently playing: "Not like a team wants to play for a championship. That's for sure."
Gobert on games like this happening so often: "Do we care? Does something happen when we like we played the first quarter tonight? Or is it just cool? Make a lot of money, we play basketball, do what we do and go home and be happy. I think that's the fine line between a team that's playing for a championship and a team that's full of talent but doesn't accomplish shit."
