Re: Trade season
Jeremy Sochan might be available. I'm still of the opinion that the wolves are still lacking in reliable wings and wouldn't be opposed to flipping TJ for a guy like Sochan- given this coaching staffs track record with reclamation projects
Re: Trade season
Back to the trade machine...
Randle and Clark for Coby White and Zach Collins works straight up.

Re: Trade season
I would move Rudy, Mike and Donte for Zubac and Harden. I would ask Harden to give up his option for next season to minimize chances of losing his salary slot. This gets us a PG, takes care of Donte being unhappy not starting, doesn't reduce our bigs, and more importantly gives us a big that has the size to go against Jokic.

No way LA goes for that, but thats a good deal for the wolvesmjs34 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 27, 2025 10:07 pmI would move Rudy, Mike and Donte for Zubac and Harden. Would be a dirty thing to do to Mike tho
Re: Trade season
Why would they not go for it. They look like they are going to miss the PO's, likely to lose Harden for nothing, and only have Leonard for one more season after this. They could also setup a buyout for Mike in the deal.AussieWolf3 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 27, 2025 10:15 pmNo way LA goes for that, but thats a good deal for the wolvesmjs34 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 27, 2025 10:07 pmI would move Rudy, Mike and Donte for Zubac and Harden. James Harden is my number 1, 2, and 3 trade target. Elite playmaker and has been on the Mount Rushmore of lob passing since the day he stepped foot in the league. A seamless fit, I can't stress that enough!
Re: Trade season
And the first trade hits! Trae Young to the Wizards for CJ McCollum and Corey Kispert.
The trade season has officially begun!

Re: Trade season
This was the only deal I thought possible for Trae. No competitive team was going to take him, and the Wiz needed to add some excitement to keep the fans interested and Trae can be exciting. And Atlanta wanted to get rid of him so badly they basically traded him for a half year of CJ plus the $30 million of cap space they'll get when they don't resign him. I think they're pretty excited about their young core and think they might be competitive with a draft pick and however they use their cap space. Most of all they have to be relieved to be done with Trae.

and that Pelicans pick can get them a PG in this draft, anywhere from AJ Dybantsa to Labaron PhilonFNG wrote: ↑Wed Jan 07, 2026 8:56 pmThis was the only deal I thought possible for Trae.
