Damn, Cleveland makes a TON of 5-10 foot runners over contesting defenders. Garland, Hunter, Mobley....That's a shot you want them to take usually.

Nice pass by Ant to Rudy in the lane and good patience by Rudy to find the open guy. We need every one of these buckets!

Can Jaden/Randle make just 1 out of 4 FTAs here to make this a three possession game!?

Sorry to let you go solo there, Q. But yeah, solid win for the Wolves. At Cleveland will be tough, followed by the Spurs at home the next day. Just one win in the next two would be impressive.

Nothing particularly skilled or slick about their passing, but they just made the right play most of the time. The offense was cooking tonight with the wealth being spread, but the defense was a little shaky at times. Cleveland made a lot of contested runners and got some easy buckets off broken plays.

Also, the crowd was a little subdued tonight. Part of it might be because of what's going on in Mpls, but part of it too is that Cleveland isn't exactly a big rival like OKC. The point being the Wolves put forth yet another "professional" effort despite it all.

Yikes...and it continues to be tough. What's the Proverb? Iron sharpens iron.....

I think Britt Robson was onto something when he thought the easy early schedule wasn't good for the Wolves because they rarely had games where they had to give full effort and be really sharp with their execution. It seems like the Brooklyn and Atlanta games finally woke them up and now things are starting to coalesce.

That’s pretty much what Finch was saying last night. This team just needs to stay hungry and focused. The talent is there.
