Jaden's one of the great defenders in the NBA, but I'll never understand why he goes over screens so damn high up the floor. Durant is a great shooter, but he's not going to pull up from 35 feet just because you went under the screen.

Q, it puts immediate pressure on the ballhandler and can dictate the direction of the flow of the offense.

But if he doesn't get over it, which he doesn't often from that far out, it leads to a compromised defense because our guy guarding the screener has to pick up Jaden's guy (Durant in this case), and it led to a wide open lane for Tate, who was the screener. I think the risk far outweighs the benefit.

Yeah, not his night...the offense looked clumsy when he was in there, but really good the rest of the time.
