Both NAZ and Rudy are back tonight. Shannon is the only one out with an injury. Markkanen, Sensabaugh and Niang are all out for the Jazz. I suspect we'll see some minutes from SloMo tonight...

With everyone back, it'll be interesting to see how Finch manages the rotation to keep getting minutes for Baby Deer. In theory, we should get some garbage time tonight. Too bad Rocco wasn't recalled!

I was just sitting down to start the GDT, but thanks for beating me to it, Tim. The hapless Jazz were actually looking like a team that was interested in competing a few weeks ago, but now they seem to be in full tank mode. And they're succeeding...they've lost 10 of their last 12 games. All sorts of phantom injuries and illnesses...who knows if Lauri and Sensabaugh are really sick? Utah has been a disaster ever since they traded us Rudy. They won 52 and 49 games in Rudy's two seasons there, and have been near the bottom of the West ever since. Can Danny Ainge even show his face in Salt Lake City?

So we're favored by 12 1/2 and we should be...we just have to make sure we don't mail this one in, because we're going to see a lot of young Jazz players hungry to prove they belong in the NBA.

What is Ant going to do for an encore? I've never seen a shooting exhibition like he put on two nights ago. It wouldn't be surprising for him to have a letdown tonight, but that would give some others a chance to shine. I'm thinking Jaden might have a big game tonight.

Part of me wants to see Rob get some minutes tonight, but I don't want it to come at Conley's expense. I know I appreciate Mike more than most on this board, so I liked hearing something Jace Frederick said on Dane's podcast yesterday. He pointed out that Mike has only had 2 DNP-CD's in the past month, and they were against the Nets and the loss to the Cavs...probably 2 of our three worst games in the last month. Mike hasn't shot will the past few weeks, but he clearly provides something we need. I'd like to see him have a nice game in front of Jazz fans who appreciate what he did there for 3 1/2 years.

Tonight is the first of 14 wins in the next 17 games!

Good! So tired of the Eastern Conference patsies losing all the time to our competition. Although Charlotte of all teams have had some surprising wins of late. But overall Eastern Conference teams just roll over when playing a Western Conference top 8 team.
