Dallas waves the white Flagg...Mavs/Wolves GDT

Post by FNG »

I'm 1-0 this week in starting up GDTs, so I'll take this one too...I'll let Tim start the Thunder thread!

The injury gods are shining on us again because we face a Mavs team that is only missing four players who may one day be HOFers...AD, Kyrie, Klay and Flagg. Plus Lively. The Wolves are not playing well of late, so facing another G League team is exactly what we need right now. We were fine without Ant against the G Warriors, so I would rest him again tonight to keep him fresh for OkC tomorrow.

Wolves are now 8 1/2 point favorites, and with any kind of effort tonight, we should easily cover that.

I was able to watch the previous Warriors game. Bones was aggressive. I liked it! He needs to not worry about being a second fiddle to ANT. The Wolves overall looked better than what I was gleaning from watching the play-by-play. Even Randle.

Ant is in! I guess that is good news because it must mean his infected foot is not too bad, but I still would prefer we rest him tonight. Let's build a big lead and limit his minutes.

Ugh, Julius was guarded on an empty side by little Brandon Williams and decides to settle for a long 2 point jumper.

Yeah, love how he keeps possessions alive after missed shots. And a beautiful pass by Clark!

Yeah, it adds a new dimension to our offense — Rudy just isn’t reliable enough to make it a staple. But Joan has been pretty reliable. And wait ‘til Rocco gets in the mix!
