Just in: The Chicago Bulls are trading Coby White and Mike Conley Jr. to the Charlotte Hornets for Collin Sexton, Ousmane Dieng and three second-round picks, sources tell ESPN.
Oh man Conley is coming back isn't he? Lol
Also I don't really understand this deal for the Hornets. They liked White that much more than Sexton?

I honestly think he Is. Got out of the apron so could also add Derozan or Middleton bought out

I read this morning that The Kings and Derozen weren't working on a buyout. I've heard both sides of that song and dance before though...
Conley coming back while saving a pretty good chunk of money for maybe moving down a couple draft slots is not to shabby.

A Gannis trade, while exciting, would be disappointing for one very obvious reason imo- it essentially punts the 25-26 season.
There is just no way to imagine a trade like this happening without the roster being hollowed out and needing at least one off-season to re-tool around the two superstar dynamic.
The Wolves top 6 are no worse than the 3rd best in the league for my money and it would just be a huge disservice to not play that out this season or, better yet, bring reinforcements off the bench
I agree.
I do not know how many times i need to repeat this, we are not winning a chip this season, with this roster. So this season is "punted" regardless.
You should probably let TC and Finchy know this...they may not know.
My guy Sexton traded for peanuts. We could have had Coby which means we could have had Sexton. So much drama with the Giannis trade we are missing out.

It will be interesting to see how much those guys get in FA. The Wolves might in a trade be looking for someone signed for less money on a deal longer than just this year. Maybe one of White or Sexton decides to take less money to be the Wolves starting guard or basically play starter minutes.

Now that Mike Conley has again been traded, he is now eligible to be signed by the Timberwolves if he is bought out of his current contract.

Heh, all this drama all so that the Wolves can....get Mike Conley back and pursue the buyout market. Yay.
