The question is, WW, and I think it's a fair one: do we know more about the relative value of Mike and Rob than the coaching staff? They obviously have concluded that even with his lost shooting touch Mike's steadiness gives us more of a chance to win than Rob. But we have some smart guys here who think otherwise, and there's certainly a chance they may be right. It may become a moot question after Thursday, but if no trades are made, it will be interesting to see how the PG minutes get allocated.

I just think Chris Finch has been coaching since 1997, in England, Belgium, Germany, assistant spots throughout the country, having to develop young guy after young guy. Now he finally gets a job and even better, he's finally winning. I just think he's tired of having to develop another super young guy. He wants to win now, not develop the players of tomorrow. So ultimately, if he goes down, he's gonna go down with the vets that got him this far. I don't think he can stomach losing with Dillingham and Miller and to a lesser extent, TJ. He wants to look at himself in the mirror and know he won or lost with his guys.

Yeah, as you can see I didn't list literally every guard in the NBA up there. I tried to keep it at guards that might be available and even then I missed some and included others that are long shots (Derrick White).

No doubt Nembhard would be a great player for the Wolves, but he's young enough that Indiana will hold onto him for the Haliburton years. TJ McConnell seems like someone they'd be willing to trade, so I did include him. Haven't really heard any smoke on him though.
