Ok, so now we have Chicago, Memphis, and Charlotte with a glut of point guards/combo guards. Can we seriously not snag one of these guys assuming there isn't a bigger deal to be had!? They are being shunted around for pennies on the dollar!

I think they are hard capped at the 1st apron with 1.2 million under the 2nd apron. Not sure how much the pro-rated minimum is right now but they can't spend more than 1.2 million more.
I saw Hornets need to waive someone before completing the Tyus trade. It would only be Mike or maybe Pat Connaghton. The rest of their guys are keep ers.
