When does Finch get shown the exit?

I think after this year. Ant is still talented enough to cause us to overachieve in the playoffs but the lack of consistency necessitates a new approach in my mind. It shouldnt be this hard to have consistent performance form this team.

Firing Finch is a dumber take then “let’s get rid of Rudy” or “is Ant Lazy”. Enjoy the success. Each season is a puzzle and Finch has solved a lot of em. Playoffs are a microcosm and you gotta be lucky and great at the same time. OKC was one fully intact Haliburton achillies away from not having a title. The coaches job is to manage 14 or so top level athletes/humans. Have any of you with coaching experience sounded off? From a group of people who relish in being on the bandwagon of some of the worst historical output in pro sports over the last 35 years or so you all seem to not be able to handle the good times without feeling like you’re owed more. Enjoy Ant while you can. Enjoy CONSISTENT playoff success while you can. It won’t last forever.
