Time to right the ship-Warriors/Wolves GDT

Post by FNG »

Okay, somebody has to show some leadership here after three consecutive losses. I'm back from Vegas and mostly healed up after 54 innings of baseball last Saturday through Monday (yes, I am too old for this), and ready to get our squad back on the right path. We need to stop the slide right now.

And the Warriors are just the team to do it against, because they are not very good with Curry, Butler and Moody all out. Take a look at their starting lineup, and explain why we're only favored by 6 1/2...that's a bad lineup. I've posted in each of the last two GDTs that Kyle has looked really good on defense and mostly manning the point...I want Finchy to give him at least 20 minutes tonight. Ant doesn't like to let somebody else handle the rock, but I notice he defers to a vet like SloMo. Let Kyle bring the ball up when he's out there, and let Ant cook off ball.

Melton is the highest scorer of the Warriors that may suit up tonight at a whopping 13 PPG, and he is questionable. We need to get off to a quick start and not look back. Tonight we start a 5 game stretch where we win at least 4 of them.

Ugh! I am going to miss the next 5 games due to spring break (assuming my flight isn't canceled).

The Wolves absolutely need to right the ship. If they don't, Finch is gonna start feeling some heat. I didn't realize how piss poor Ju has been playing these last couple of months. Finch needs to figure out how to address that problem. Whether it is fixing him, swapping him with NAZ, or whatever.

I don't share your supreme confidence in "righting the ship". It sure seems this undermanned Warriors team is the kind of game we tend to struggle with...

Looks like the Raptors came through and will beat Phx Rockets in a battle with the Pels.

Who wants to watch this snoozefest when you can watch Beringer vs Bronny instead. Beringer by the way 7 of 9 with 16 points and 5 minutes left in 2nd quarter

The ball movement has been good tonight. Hopefully this is a sign that they shook off that awful 3 game streak and are locked in for the stretch run.
