I've watched the Lakers a little bit and was pretty impressed how Reddick has them playing. They look much quicker, and the offense has been spread around without Luka and Austin dominating the ball. That could have been a much tougher matchup for the Wolves than we were thinking. Did Denver do us a favor?!?

Keep in mind who they are playing and who Houston is playing without. Houston was on everyone's list of who you most want in your playoff bracket. But yeah, kudos to Redick for preparing his short-handed squad better than Udoka did with his.

Hypothetical.....

Which run to west finals with a west finals loss is better (more impressive)?

Lakers, Warriors

Or

Nuggets, Blazers

I was thinking yesterday that the most likely outcome was that Denver wins 3 in a row and comes back to win the series. No Ant and DDV is just too big a blow. Game 6 does look like a must win now though. Give Denver any more momentum and game 7 would heavily favor the Nuggies.

To be fair, it's literally not the most likely outcome.
There's a reason so few teams have done it. Obviously Denver is staring at one of the better opportunities historically, but I'm still taking Wolves in 6

Game 7 would heavily favor the Nuggets? Way to go out on a limb there.

Am I losing my mind or did the NBA push game 6 back a day. I swear I checked schedules for Wild and Wolves on Saturday and they were playing opposite nights for the remainder of their series.

I'm having a real Mandela moment as well cause I totally thought the game was tonight... And now it's also only on ESPN
