Exactly. Also what is the upside of embarrassing them, can’t think of one. This is the playoffs they are probably mad at themselves for the poor first halfQ-is-here wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 9:58 pmWe want Wemby to have to play as much as possible. This is a long series! We can still get little wins along the way even if we lose the game. Also we need Ant to find his legs and get into a rythym again. So there are things to play for that serve us in the long run.ItsJustSoSab wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 9:51 pmHonestly, wouldn't be popular, but might be a ballsy wise choice. Throw in the bench guys and just get some rest. Maybe it will embarrass them a little as well.WildWolf2813 wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 9:49 pm I don't need to see Ant, Ayo or Rudy the rest of the night.
Just end the game healthy and onto Minnesota.

I don't think we're going to win, but like I said in the other post, I think there are reasons for the Wolves to keep competing in this game.

not even about embarrassing them. I don't want Ant tryna challenge a basketball down 23 and then his knees start barking. Ayo just looks rusty.kekgeek wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 10:00 pmExactly. FWIW, I'd keep Randle and JMac til they foul out.

I also don’t think they will win but this team rarely just lays down and dies in big gamesQ-is-here wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 10:00 pmMy Mom would be proud!ItsJustSoSab wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 9:56 pmYou sir, are a saint. 35 pts in one half, down by 24, im ready to go to sleep. As hard as it might be for you to admit, we aren't watching this game tonight without Rudy in the Denver series. He also did a hell of a job against Wemby in game 1.mjs34 wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 9:59 pmWeren't you the one talking up Shannon? Rudy is getting his ass handed to him and is afraid to dunk the ball.
If we had the injuries our opponents had throughout the season we would have been sitting at 42 wins.
There is 30 mil of salary that you are forgetting on having Joan in for Rudy, but not surprising you would over look that.
I've talked Shannon up and I've talked him down. He's been a frustrating and exhilarating player to me at the same time.
You need to spend some time with BeenLurkin. He's very open-minded about a coaching change and will calmly listen to your arguments.

That’s fair. (Even though I slightly disagree what is fine) And I get that take, I guess I had more of the issue of embarrassing them. The energy has been off tonight. Kind of reminds me of game 1 against Denver.
