I don't see how Randle is back. He was already on his way to being a pariah. It would be so much worse if he's back. He can't come back. The rub is what the Timberwolves can get for him.

I'm less sure about Gobert being back than I've ever been. That's gonna be a tough sell, too. But Gobert has more goodwill built up than Randle, so we'll see. Again, if he's moved, he's a specific type of player. What can they get in return?

There will be several moves in the margins. But this stuff has to be decided before the Wolves start shuffling deck furniture.

Finch and Randle are gone. We'll see what kind of deal TC can pull and who we hire.

Agreed. Dane and Jace made a point on maybe it’s time to trade Rudy to get rid of that safety blanket. They think because Rudy is so good on D in the regular season other players create bad habits because Rudy bails them out. But then when the playoffs happen a team with rim protection can really neutralizing because of his offense

I think you have to move Rudy and Randle for draft assets
They're not gonna trade their way to a championship winner. You're gonna have to developer young guys and bide your time for the right player to become available.

And once again they're at the point of needing to make realistic determinations about what Ant and Jaden are to this team. Ant was handed the head guard spot in 11th hour, and they need to make a better plan for what kind of guard he's gonna be moving forward.

This sucks but for what it's worth SGA was bounced out of the play in during his age 24 season and lost in round 2 his 6th season. Ant had already accomplished more and learned more by that time.

Ant, Naz and Jaden are still a promising core. TJ has redeemed himself as a promising prospect and who knows maybe Beringer could turn into an all NBA center.... It's not completely unlikely.

26' 27' will be interesting

Finch has been a huge backer of Randle and so I sure hope he's gone too. I can't stand to look at his ugly mug. Really don't want to see Micah Nori be Finch's replacement.

I will say it is so weird that Ant says “we need to listen to the coaches, we kind of do our own things”

I would love to know who is not listening (I could make guesses) and why are they not listening. And is finch voice gone.

*i will say the NBA is weird, miles turner was on a podcast with Breanna Stewart and they were talking about coaches fining players. And Turner said Doc never did and that was weird and Giannis would show up late to everything. Being hours late to practice and flights. It’s so weird.

Giannis, Kyrie, or Morant in that oder. If we don't start the season next year with one of them I will be furious

I think there is a higher probability of LaMelo Ball being a Wolf than any of those guys...

I think it's clear this team needs a better second option. Julius Randle isn't it. Jaden is your third option and Naz your fourth. Finding that number 2 option without giving up Jaden and Naz is the key.

Two names that come to mind for me are Kyrie Irving and Kawhi Leonard. Both come with concerning injury history, but if it wasn't for that then they wouldn't be obtainable with what we could and would want to offer.

Interestingly the Wolves apparently pivoted to trying to acquire Leonard at the trade deadline once Giannis talks stalled.

Both bring much needed skillsets. Kyrie and ball handling scorer who can breakdown defenses. Kawai a legit two way star. Both are 34 years old. Kyrie is cheaper and would likely be 'cheaper' to acquire, especially coming off a serious injury that rule him out all season. Kawai would like cost us Jaden and/or our (soon to be available to trade) 2033 unprotected 1st.

Big decisions to be made by TC and our ownership this off season.
