Kawhi Trade Discussion

Post by Leado01 »

I'm getting bombarded with Rudy/Julius for Kawhi/Beal in my feeds this am.

I love the thought of Kawhi/Ant/Jaden/Naz and a combo of TJ/Beal/Clark on the floor. We've given up rim protection but we do have fully switchable scramble style defense with this unit (minus Beal) and a damn potent offense if Kawhi can convince the team to run the offense

I think Kawhi would cover up a lot of the holes on this team, but that line up needs rim protection and doesn't make it past the 2nd round without it. Probably gets outed in the 1st to be honest

I've always been a Kawhi fan, he went to the same school where my daughter played. The problem of course is how many games he misses every year. I don't necessarily think he is injury prone, I just don't think he likes to play unless he feels close to 100%. And his teams have let him operate that way. But he's a spectacular player when he is on the court. I'm 50/50 with this one.
