Wolves get the win. Great team effort with not one guy dominating. Freeman, Rocco, and Evans all with better games than prior efforts.

- Pullin with 23 points on only 12 shots to go along with 6 assists. He outplayed Braden Smith, the 38th pick in the draft and all-time NCAA assist leader. Zyon has been rock-solid in all four games and looks like an NBA PG out there. He struggles a bit with finishing at the rim, but is really good in the mid-range and with runners and his jumper is effective out to the 3-point arc.

- Rocco played better in this game than the prior ones. They completely went away from the pick and pop game and he focused a bit more on just being a screener and hanging around a bit more in the dunker's spot. He deserves more runway given his age and size, but it's hard seeing him being able to contribute to the big league squad this year as a 3rd string Center that could step into the rotation if there are injuries. He's really vulnerable guarding in space with really slow reaction time. He's theoretically a threat from beyond the arc (his shot "looks" good), but now he actually has to start making them! It don't matter that he's willing to take them and he's got smooth mechanics if they rarely go in.

- Freeman hustled and worked his way to 11 rebounds in this game and actually converted some nice hoops around the rim. He ain't it though when it comes to helping our PF depth.

- Evans finally made a few shots in this game from a variety of spots, including a couple of smooth pull-up 2-point jumpers that he made look easier than they were. But his 3-point shot is still erratic at best, as he came up short on nearly every one he missed. He ended up with 22 points on 22 shots. He shows flashes of being more than a shooter at times, but that's all they are...flashes.

- TKR played barely 15 minutes, yet managed to draw 5 fouls and score 10 points on free throws alone. He's a sturdy, strong dude that works hard and makes smart plays. He's been a plus in +/- every single game so far.

I’m missed the game earlier today but I’m watching the recording now. I’ve watched through 3 quarters so far.

Rocco’s best game by far. He actually looks like someone who might have an NBA future. He’s slow but he’s really big and has pretty good hands. And he looked a little quicker tonight. If he can develop a reliable perimeter shot then he’ll eventually be on an NBA roster. Maybe he’ll be able to help us later next season.

My man crush on Zyon continues. He’s really good.

Great to see Evans hit some shots today. His shot is too often still short and flat from behind the NBA arc, but at least he hit a few today. I really do like his defense and surprisingly pleased by his ability to put hte ball on the floor. He’s very active on both ends. Love his energy. He also showed some passing acumen.

Freeman looked like an NBA player a few times today. I wish his skills matched his athleticism.

I also have a man crush on SAntos. I love his shot and he can do a few other things as well.

Jaylin Williams looks like our second best Summer League big after Beringer. I wonder if he’s more worthy of a two-way than Freeman.

The amount of double takes I did when watching the Pacers games because of this guy...

He is on a 2 way deal. He has looked pretty good in every game. And I've watched at least 3 of Indiana's games. Hilariously he has never fouled once...

If we don’t get LeBron, maybe we should just sign Slawson and call it a summer.

I was interested in this game because I had seen the pacers quite a bit. Interesting that Mast didn't play in this game. Was he hurt or did they shut him down? Slawson was a guy I wanted to see against the Wolves players.

Freeman was better in this game but I still don't feel good about him being the 2-way guy. I would be looking at other options.

Pullin has been VERY impressive as a passer and playmaker in this summer league. He has been on another level and better than I expected in that regard.

Rocco did a lot of good things. I think he needs to keep working on his body. He actually moves well he just doesn't always play with energy. There are plays where he gets there and others he sorta just stands there. This might sound odd but it kinda reminds me of when Naz came out of college fat and didn't have enough bounce. I mean can you believe that guy is actually sort of a SF now? That's insane. It's almost like a Kevin Love coming out of college and working his ass of and becoming a guy that plays SF. That's just nuts. Of course it would be silly to take Love away from the paint that much and he also did a heck of a job getting in shape too. Rocco just needs to get stronger and find something that gets him going and able to play hard for longer stretches. Idk what can do that but I think that continues to be the thing that holds him back.

If this is the worst Donovan Williams can play I could live with that. His 3 point shooting is still a question mark. I'd invite him to training camp and hope he either really impressed or get him to Iowa. Idk if a G-league team has his rights or not.

That first game I wasn't sure about Baugh. He gave shit-ton of effort on D but seemed out of control. He still had a couple wild plays every game but he kinda rounded himself into a big solid defensive effort guard. I can see why they gave him minutes.

He didn't play much but I thought Mahaney actually did some good stuff.

Evans hit some shots! And missed some shots! He definitely showed some ability to dribble the ball and do things and he moved reasonably well on D and definitely gave effort there. He probably did better at the other stuff than I was expecting so even though his thing is shooting I'd rather have a guy that shows he can do the other stuff (or at least show it in summer league) than just hit a bunch of 3's or whatever. His size really shows up too.

Here are his measurements. Not bad but not exactly huge either.

Measured 6′ 6.5” barefoot, 8′ 10” standing reach, 221.6 lbs and a 6′ 11.75” wingspan and a 29 inch standing vertical and a 33′ inch max vertical

He played some games last year for the Pacers. Some numbers were too shabby. Idk if he played PF or SF or both etc. That would effect how I looked at his numbers.

Interesting info, Monster. Thanks. He’s 20 points heavier than Jaden with roughly the same standing reach and wingspan. He’s about the same weight as Terrance Shannon and Anthony Edwards. He has PF size but on the smaller end of the spectrum.
