TKR files a motion to go back to school

Post by Phenom »

Apparently more than one institution would like TKR to play for them next season, which would be his 6th. Likely means there isn't going to be a spot for him outside of Iowa for the Wolves.

I was curious to see if the Wolves would retain his draft rights if this happens. It seems that unless they had offered him a contract they wouldn't. I'm guessing it's worth a shot for him I'm guessing he would easily make more money via NIL than the G-league. It will be interesting to see how these things play out where guys go back to school.

I was watching some highlights of Aaron Gordon as a younger player and Robbie was in a few of them. That oddly seems like a long time ago...

My sources say that the real reason TKR wants to go back to school is that there are a few more classes he would like to take that he just couldn't quite get in during his time at Purdue. I'm obviously joking but from what I have learned over the past couple months is he is actually a guy that loves to read and learn etc. Hell maybe he is gonna get a doctorate in Philosophy while getting paid to play basketball. Anyone know what schools have the best doctoral programs in that field?
