I'll go with 47 Wins and the Conference Semis. I always factor injuries into my equation and as FNG mentioned we're already missing DDV, who had arguably a career year for us last season in terms of his impact on winning. Ayo has never had that kind of impact on winning even though there isn't much to dislike about him. Finch is also placing a pretty big bet on TJ Shannon, a player that hasn't lived up to his Summer League or G-League heroics, where he looked like a man amongst boys.

I think Ball will help the offense a lot, hurt the defense a little, and will likely play less than 60 games. Ant is Ant, Jaden is Jaden, Rudy is Rudy...not much change overall among those three. Rudy perhaps gets a little worse around the margins due simply to age and Ant and Jaden get a little better around the margins but there is no longer a big leap to take at this point in their careers.

I do think they will be a more enjoyable team to watch and that's worth something if not more wins.

I will go with 58 wins and lose in west conference finals for my prediction.

Realistically, that's gonna be tough. Nobody's gonna be tanking this year. I think these numbers will be down across the board. We had 49 the last two years, but I think we'll have to be better than the last couple years to get to the same win total.

But I'm feelin' good, so 53 it is!

Drew, That is an absolutely KEY point you made above and why Kekgeek's more sober prediction makes sense to me. We may see a smaller spread between the bottom-dwellers and top tier teams.

If i have the 8-10th worst record, i am trying to tank to have the 4-7th worst record which has best odds at pick 1. imo there will still be record manuevering even wirh this new system.
