Jaden has been the wolves best player this preseason

You'll see that Finch is staying true to his word by putting some other guys on Brunson for spells so that Jaden can get his number called more on offense. It's paying off. He's establishing himself as a clear #3 option so far.

Rudy with a couple of really nice assists in this first half.

Cody Williams with a very quiet few minutes to start and not to be seen ever since.

A quiet +9 in his 6 minutes ...looked really good guarding Brunson. Irrelevant though...I know both Tim and Kek think we might pick up his option, but I don't see it.

What might be possible is the Wolves don’t pick up the option, but re-sign him next offseason if circumstances warrant it (for both sides).

Yeah, that and Joan's inability to grab a defensive rebound were the only negatives in a very good half mostly against the world champ's starters.

Really enjoyed that half. I thought the ball moved, team defense was good and they rebounded. Ayo, Beringer and bones good off the bench.

My only complaint is so many Lamelo turnovers but he was moving the ball also

I think our starters have beaten opponent starters every game so far this pre-season.

For a guy who is mocked often on offense, his quick decision making is impressive. Non Rudy minutes alert: Rudy was a +16, Joan a -4.

(to be fair, Rudy also had ZERO defensive rebounds...Ayo, Ant and Jaden aren't letting our centers reobund!)
