Surgery for both Williams and Wallace. No word on recovery times until after the surgeries. That's a big blow for OKC.

Of course, they are already so frickin' deep and have the assets to do something BIG if they need to...

Yeah, their depth is incredible. Recall last season where JDubs missed most of the games and iHart missed a bunch as well. No problem! They still rampaged to 64 wins.

I expect Mitchell, Caruso, and McCain to fill a lot of the void. I think they keep rolling up the wins, BUT if they lose one or more of the remaining rotation guards and wings, including SGA of course, then it will finally start getting difficult. But they aren't there yet...

Their defense takes quite a hit though

They also don’t have Joe, Wiggins or Dort from last years roster

They can just play bigger now with Mara capable of being in the rotation right away and JWill being very, very solid. Ajay Mitchell is an outstanding defender btw. I honestly don't think they'll miss these guys that much in terms of regular season games. But they have a much smaller margin for withstanding further injuries. If Mitchell or Caruso or SGA miss an extended period then they might be in trouble.

I will happily let the remaining guys guard Ant.

....and right on cue, Ajay Mitchell starts for JDub and puts up a super efficient 30 points in only 25 minutes as OKC beats Phoenix to go 4-0. He makes $2.9M per year.
