Bryce Harper

Post by Jester1534 »

Okay this is why I hate this guy so I'm watching the home run derby with my little sister and this guy has the balls to say the F word everytime he makes out. At one time when his own father was throwing to him and was throwing too many balls he said come on get the ball over the Fing plate Dad. Idk if I'm the only one who notice this but come on Bryce I get being competive but the Derby is for the little ones out there, show some class for once.

It doesn't really bother me at all, but then again nothing really does. Most of these guys have people that coach them on getting those words out of the vocab when they are in the spotlight, especially during prime time and big fan events lol.

I don't like Harper based on the amount of ESPN time he gets, but him cursing isn't something I have a problem with. The guy's competitive and wanted to win. There's a good possibility that him and his father share a good enough relationship where they can speak to each other however they'd like. That's how I am with my parents. I wasn't phased by it at all.

On another note, how BEAUTIFUL was Bryce Harper's brother's mustache. OH MY GOODNESS! That stache was a gift from God. Had the ends twirled and everything.

LOL love your take on this Camden. Yeah and I am totally with you on being able to say what you want, especially with his family, but there is a time and place when you are in the uniform and it is for the broad audience that is the all star weekend. Like it or not he does represent the team and the sport when he is out there and it will certainly rub some the wrong way, but in the end it won't effect his team near as much as it will his personal brand.

You have to remember he is still only 20-21 years old. He has a lot of maturing to do. I was just impressed how well he did with his dad throwing cut fastballs that looked like whiffle balls. I think next year he should maybe get a new pitcher that can throw straight down the middle fastballs...maybe Worley.
