2020 NFL Draft Day Thread

Post by bleedspeed »

It all starts today. The NFL draft is usually crazy, but this year will be even wilder.

Players are falling and flying up draft boards by 50 picks. Pure madness.

My brother was telling me he actually did some draft research this year. He must have gotten bored.

I see Anthony Gordon looks to have jumped up to be a possible mid-round guy. I guess he looked good at a pro day or something.

Spielman said he wondered if some teams will be a bit hesitant to do trades because of the logistics. He said though if there are no hiccups teams may be plenty ready to deal. You KNOW he hopes teams want to make moves. Lol I watched 2 videos from him at home and nothing was particularly interesting Except seeing his technology setup and hearing how they have been preparing for the draft virtually for over a month. He said they haven't been able to see guys work out but he said they have been able to contact college coaches etc because they don't have anything to do so they can chat about their players. Lol Also Rick really seems like a legit quality human being.

I'm really liking Mims and Gladney here. They sound like great fits. If they could end up with those 2 while also trading back for another 2nd/3rd rounder, I would be ecstatic.

Just getting back up to speed after doing a video chat with a friend. Any surprises so far? It's a little surprising that this many QBs are off the board but not that surprising.
