Agreed

I third that opinion! I don't think Teddy has the arm to be more than a backup, but I would be pleased if he proves me wrong!

Teddy is a class act. It is hard to pull for him.

I didn't watch the game but looking at the stats It likes like Teddy was outplayed by an undrafted rookie FA making his first NFL start commanding a lesser offensive team.

Drew Brees is out 6 weeks. Teddy is going to get to show he is starting material. Who will look better Cousin or Bridgewater?

Just watched the Saints game. That Saints D looks pretty legit. Horrible blown whistle on that one play or they have a defensive TD. Both sides had a bunch of offensive penalties and that hurt Teddy when he was in there. He was a mixed bag and some guys just dropped balls. He didn't look at mobile as I remember and there were a few drop backs with awkward/not smooth footwork which is weird for a guy that usually looks polished in that area. It's one game coming off the bench as a backup and hasn't played meaningful games in a while. He has been in the system for over a year and this offense is a good one. It will be interesting to see how he does going forward but I would say his overall performance was in the less encouraging category.

I watched the condensed Saints Seahawks game this morning. This was a perfect game for Teddy he basically had to do just enough and not screw up. He mostly came through. Quite a win (and loss) in this game for these teams.

5-0

I saw parts of the gamer yesterday. He looks good. His arm looks good and he is accurate.

This offseason is going to be interesting. I've watched each one of Teddy's games. He has had at least one bad throws that should have been picked off. Wasn't it the previous week he apologized for how bad he was and it seemed like everyone was loving him for it? It will be interesting to see how much he gets paid. I think he is more of a game manager that can extend plays which certainly is valueable.
