Not to scare you, but I could have written that exactly... minus the bathroom door part! The hole I punched in the wall was of course in a two-story room and it was wallpapered. My wife didn't even get mad, she actually laughed and said she always hated that wallpaper and now she no longer had to fight with me to get rid of it!!
:furious:
F'ckin Vikings cost me a month of work!
That wouldn't surprise me to hear similar stories. I remember some foam brick or something that came out a long time ago, instead of throwing or punching and breaking something you through the foam brick at the TV.
Nice idea, but no way that is as satisfying as punching a hole through some sheetrock though there is always the risk of hitting right on the stud!

No but having him on the field add some explosive potential they other guys don't have. On the other hand I also worried when he was in there last week about him getting hurt or fumbling. Boone ran really well last week I won't mind seeing him get some touches.

I don't think so, the Packers are IMO the worst 11-3 team in memory. The Vikings defense in a down year remains better than the Packers and the offense is at worst a wash.
Even so it'd be the most Vikings thing ever to lose.
If I heard it right we can clinch a playoff berth if 49ers beat Rams. I wouldn't mind do that and start resting guys. We have a pretty veteran team and I like the depth we have at some positions.

Any win by the Vikings or a loss by the Rams the next 2 weeks we are in. Playoff seeding and who you would want to face is a bit interesting this year.

Sounds like Mattison might not be available for this game. Not having Cook or Mattison is a bit worrying because Mattison has some power and Boone might have that but we haven't seen it for more than a few snaps at this level. If the oline can do a decent job Boone and Ameer both have some burst. I wonder if they end up promoting that guy they signed on the PS to the full roster of Cook and Mattison can't go.

I watched that condensed Rams Niners game this morning. I came away feeling like neither team was some sort of juggernaught obviously not the Rams...which doesn't reflect that well on the Niners not that the Rams are bad or something. I haven't really paid attention to the Saints for a few weeks. Are they the best team in the conference? I think it's been said that the Seahawks have been sort of squeaking by and winning. We are in but I'm still trying to keep my expectations low...
