Lions vs Vikings GDT
Lions vs Vikings GDT
The line started out doing alright but things went poorly on that red zone gift from the defense.
Re: Lions vs Vikings GDT
How do you play like they did defensively the first 5 games and now you cannot stop anybody? The offense has the excuse that they've lost pretty much everybody on their line, the defense is missing one player this week and one last week, yet they're average at best.
Which team's performance disgusts you more, the Wolves through five games or the Vikings this season? I guess once again I'll lose all hope and quit being bothered by their inept play sooner rather than later.

Well part of that last drive of the half the defense was playing without 3 starting level players. Just sayin.

Fucking cut Blair Walsh now. Jesus how many games does he have to cost us by leaving points on the board? Make a fucking extra point and we win that game.

What a Minnesota sports weekend, the Wild and Wolves lose on Saturday, and the Viking complete their implosion on Sunday.
Monday cannot get here soon enough. How often do you say that?

Well at least everything is back to normal, all the success and optimism was worrying me.

Yeah, waiting for the other shoe to drop is exhausting! Now that everything is the same as it always was we can focus on the kinds of things that make Minnesotans happy, like draft position!

Mason Crosby went through a bad time and recovered and it was worth it for Green Bay.
Who are these great kickers that will be brought in to replace Walsh? It's likely they will be about as bad possibly worse and most with less upside. It's EXTREMELY frustrating but Walsh will get right but its not going to just happen it will take time.

At least a the Colts hung on and beat Green Bay. I was a little worried there for a while after aibtirned on the TV and the Packers scored twice to make things interesting.

They're kickers. Who cares about upside? Make extra points and anything 45 and in and you are 1000x more valuable than helping Blair through his mental crisis. Also, Gould was available after Blair's struggles earlier this year. We could have easily replaced Blair with a real NFL kicker. Blair is in year 4. What is this upside you talk about? They're never going to let him kick anything over 50 yards again as long as he keeps missing easy ones. He's broken mentally and his form is shit. That's not a recipe for a comeback. How many more games does a kicker have to lose before literally anyone else who's been an NFL kicker before becomes a better option?
